“It is a joy to be hidden, and disaster not to be found.”

D.W. Winnicott

Life can be a overwhelming prospect. We all suffer losses and setbacks; we all wonder at times if we can navigate the curves and obstacles that lie before us. As your therapist, I can be your partner in facing problems that seem too difficult to manage alone. Together, we can begin collaborating upon a future of meaningful relationships and rich experiences unfettered by the past. Through therapy you can begin to establish a sense of control over the course of your life, even in the face of the most daunting circumstances.

I am a highly experienced therapist, supervisor and teacher who in a decade of work, has empathically helped adults, children and couples find their voices in the face of depression, anxiety, trauma and other forms of mental illness.

I conduct individual, couples and group sessions by appointment. I also conduct full psychological assessments for learning, attention and neurological disorders.

In the light of the COVID-19 Pandemic, I will be conducting all sessions via Teleconference. Please call for details.
